Get to know us
Capital Title Services, LLC has been providing property title searches in Puerto Rico since November 2009. We started with a team of 9 employees and have grown steadily over the years, becoming one of the largest title companies in the local industry. Today we manage one of the largest title research databases in Puerto Rico and a dedicated group of researchers, preparing approximately four thousand five hundred (4,500) title searches per month for the Island’s main banks.
